When is the Annual Meeting?
The Annual Meeting is held in November. All residents are urged to attend.
When are Association dues billed?
Dues are billed in October and April. Physical bills are mailed to each household.
How do I pay Association dues?
Walden Association currently accepts payment via check, Zelle, or through your banks Bill Pay service. Checks should be made out to Walden Association and mailed to Walden Association, PO Box 1133, Burnsville, MN 55337. Residents may also hand deliver your dues to the treasurer.
How do I get a copy of the Walden Directory?
Directories are updated and emailed to residents at least annually. If you have misplaced your directory and need a copy, contact the Board by emailing Board@WaldenAssociation.org.
How do I update my phone number in the Walden Directory?
To update your phone number in the Walden Directory, contact the Board with your new phone number by emailing Board@WaldenAssociation.org.
How do I update my email address to receive Walden communications?
To update your email address and/or add an additional email address for your household, contact the Board by emailing Board@WaldenAssociation.org. Please be sure your request clearly states whether you are updating an existing email address or adding an additional email address. Resident email addresses remain private and are not shared.
Is Walden Association governed by the Minnesota Statute for Common Interest Communities, Chapter 515B?
No. A majority of owners would need to vote in favor of being aligned to this statute. Walden is governed by the statute for Nonprofit Corporations, Chapter 317A and Minnesota Pool Code (for the pool).
