Walden Association is a community of 100 homes nestled within 22 acres of woods. Residents commonly own the woods, and work together to ensure the beauty and serenity of the woods continues to be a treasure of our neighborhood.

Constructed in the late sixties, Walden Association homes were built with a desire to blend a community in with the natural surroundings. We value maintaining the unity of our neighborhood and sustaining our natural setting. The Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions ensure exterior renovations to any home are carefully reviewed by our elected Board of Directors to preserve the beauty and value of our neighborhood.

Our neighborhood has a great history and strong sense of community. There are homeowners who have lived in Walden since its inception in 1968, while others have moved into the neighborhood in recent years.
